We mainly sell pre-owned clothing & footwear. Unless it is stated otherwise, the clothing, footwear item(s) are pre-owned, and not washed or cleaned. Vintage/pre-owned clothing and/or footwear will sometimes show signs of age, faded fabric, faded prints, minor cracks on the print or sole, wear on toe and heels/uneven heel wear, etc. We make every effort to declare perceivable stains, holes or defects on the items and take pictures of them for your reference. From various sources, and we do not have a knowledge of the history of each item as far as to wear and previous repairs, etc. We generally reply to you within 24 hours. This varies with each carrier.
